Privacy Policy

1. Data controller. SAL-FER Srl (trading under the BrixiaTech brand), registered office in Palazzolo sull'Oglio (BS), 25036, Italy. VAT no. 03726890985 · REA BS-558109. For any matter regarding the processing of data and to exercise your rights: info@blogicautomation.com. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it is not legally required to do so.

2. Data processed and purposes. This site is an informational page: it contains no contact forms and performs no profiling. The data processed is limited to:

a) Contact data provided voluntarily. If you choose to write to the email address shown or to call the published phone number, we process the data you decide to share (for example name, email address, phone number and the content of your message), solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any business contact that follows from it.

b) Navigation data (server logs). For the sole purpose of operating and securing the site, the hosting provider's systems automatically record certain technical data transmitted by the browser under standard network protocols: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is used to ensure service stability and to detect possible abuse, and is not combined with other information to identify the user.

c) Statistical measurement data. To understand in aggregate form which content is of interest, the site uses Umami, an open-source statistics tool installed on a virtual server operated by the Controller (data.brixiatech.com, located in Germany). The tool uses no cookies, does not track users across different sites and does not allow individual persons to be identified. For each page view it records: the page visited and any parameters contained in the address, the page title, the referring site or search engine, browser type and language, operating system, device type and screen resolution, approximate geographic location derived from the IP address (country, region and city), some technical measurements of page loading speed, and a session identifier that cannot be traced back to the user. If the visit comes from an advertisement or a campaign, the tracking parameters contained in the link are also recorded (for example utm_source or utm_campaign and the click identifiers used by advertising networks). The IP address is not stored in the tool's database: it is used transiently to derive the geographic location and to compute the session identifier.

d) Technical logs of the statistics server. Requests sent to the server referred to in point 2c are recorded by its web server in a technical log containing the IP address, date and time, the resource requested, the referring page and the browser identifier. The log serves solely for the security and diagnostics of the server and is deleted automatically within fifteen days through the periodic rotation of the log files.

3. Fonts and external resources. The site's typefaces (fonts) are hosted directly on our own server (self-hosted): they are not loaded from external services such as Google Fonts. As a result, visiting the site involves no transmission of data to third-party providers in order to display the pages. The script of the statistics tool referred to in point 2c is likewise hosted on a server operated by the Controller: no request is sent to third-party services.

4. Cookies. The site uses no profiling, marketing or analytics cookies, and no third-party cookies. The statistics tool described in point 2c operates without cookies and without storing any identifier on the user's device; in addition, the technical log data described in point 2b is present, which is necessary for operation and security. For this reason no prior consent is required under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended) and no cookie banner is shown. Should non-technical cookies, third-party embedded content or cross-site tracking tools be introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and, where required, the relevant consent will be requested.

5. Legal basis for processing. The processing of contact data (point 2a) is based on the Controller's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received and managing the resulting relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); at the user's request, it may be based on taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The processing of log data (point 2b) is based on the legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper operation of the site, and also covers the technical logs of the statistics server (point 2d) (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The processing of statistical measurement data (point 2c) is based on the Controller's legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate form, how the site is used and in improving its content (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Recipients and processors. The data is neither disclosed nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes. To deliver the service, the Controller relies on Hostinger as hosting provider, appointed as a data processor under Article 28 GDPR; the technical log data is processed within its systems. The servers hosting the site are located in the European Union (Netherlands) and backup copies are stored in the European Union (Lithuania). For details of the processing carried out by the provider, please refer to Hostinger's terms and data processing agreement. The data referred to in points 2c and 2d is not disclosed to third parties: it is processed on a virtual server operated directly by the Controller with the same provider, located in Germany.

7. Transfers to third countries. Data is processed and stored within the European Union. No transfers of personal data to third countries outside the EU take place.

8. Retention period. Messages and contact data are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where there is a business interest, for the duration of the related exchange; absent any development, they are deleted within 24 months of the last contact, unless other legal obligations apply or a contractual relationship is established. Technical log data is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period in line with its security policies. The statistical measurement data referred to in point 2c is kept in aggregate form so that the performance of the site can be compared over time; as it contains no personal identifiers, no specific erasure deadline is set. The technical logs referred to in point 2d are deleted automatically within fifteen days.

9. Your rights. You may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). Requests should be sent to info@blogicautomation.com and will receive a reply within the time limits set by law.

10. Complaint to the supervisory authority. Without prejudice to any other remedy, a data subject who considers that the processing of their data is unlawful has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of their place of residence.

11. Changes to this notice. The Controller may update this notice to reflect changes to the site, the services used or applicable law. The version in force is the one published on this page.
